My project was delivered in 2 phases. The first went relatively well (CMS build), the second (fixes/improvements/design) wasn't satisfactory at all - proactivity and accuracy lacking and communication really hard . The low point of my engagements was the MD demanding payment after 5 days (on an 8 day payment invoice and a delay free payment history on my side) before any fixes would be addressed (yeah, I did say "low"). ...
