I would 100% recommend. They had prompt and excellent communication, and the work was competed quickly and exactly as promised. They were flexible in being willing to make some additional adjustments until I was completely satisfied. Price was very fair and no payment was requested until the work was complete (granted it was not a very large project but still made me feel confident). Will work with them again in the future and highly recommend....

Excellent from start to finish. I would hire Let's Design Your Site (LDYS) again without a doubt. Before I hired them, I worked with another company (for over 3 months) with lots of delays and poor communication so I had end the contract and cut my losses with no new website--ouch! I did a bit of research and some interviews the second round.
I was impressed with LDYS from the start, but what really locked me in was the team manager (Ryan). He listened to what I needed/wanted, was responsive (promptly and thoroughly) and he ensured the web developer was also on track.
In short, Ryan made all the difference with his customer service and his knowledge. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the job and their service. Plus, their fees are extremely reasonable.
The proof is in the product however. After being in transition with our site for a few months, within the first month back, our sales increased significantly with two of the highest sales to date. Thank you to the team at LDYS. I highly recommend them and will be coming back when I need to update.
