It's important though not to come off as smart and slick; what you want to signal is class, style and competence. Most importantly: You want to create trust. And we are most likely to trust people who have good taste.
If you decide you don't want the website I create for you, then you simply don't have to pay for it. But if you do okay my suggestion, then you pay half - and keep the rest until we're all done.
