El trabajo fue entregado y el diseño es correcto. Al inicio fueron simpáticos y se prometió más de lo hecho. Luego hubo problemas: se nos vendió una IA con 50 respuestas mensuales gratuitas, pero el cupo requiere contratar un plan.Perdimos mucho tiempo entrenandola. Tienen mala comunicación, con mails sin respuesta. En varias funciones nos dijeron “no es posible” y debimos resolverlas nosotros (se podía). El SEO debió rehacerse por recomendación de expertos. No quedamos conformes con el servicio...

Lamentablemente este cliente terminó pidiendo siempre más de lo presupuestado (y en muchas cosas se lo hicimos), pero su desconocimiento en Web hacía que nos volviera locos con sus exigencias. Por eso terminamos su sitio y dimos por finalizado el proyecto. Pero el cliente siguió mandando mails exigiendo soporte como si nosotros fuéramos Wix. Los mails sin respuesta fueron terminado el proyecto, porque ya NO ESTABAMOS TRABAJANDO MÁS PARA ELLOS.... Pero parece que no lo entendían. Muy lamentable su review....

We contacted CKS with the need to create an entire site in English and Spanish, with a clear structure and content, and they managed to deliver everything on time. Communication was smooth, and they were always reachable when we needed to make several adjustments while they were building the site. They are true professionals and understand their clients’ needs. We will definitely contact them again if we need to create another site....

I had two small tasks that needed attention, and Estudio CKS handled them quickly and professionally—completing everything within days. Even though the project was minor, they treated it with care and priority. After such a great experience, I’ll definitely consider Estudio CKS for future large-scale site development....
