Julie at Flexi S&M was just the best. I had what I thought was a small problem, needing someone who was flexible & not going to charge the earth. The issue was slightly bigger than first thought but Julie was supportive, understanding & swift in her response. Just what I needed. Communication was excellent from her introductory email, to a short WhatApp video call, to her final 'Help sheets', she could not be faulted - even though she is in Australia & I am in Scotland. Highly recommend!...
