We worked with RJP.design to build our new website, and it was a great experience start to finish. Ross knows camps—he’s lived it—and that made a huge difference. We didn’t have to explain why certain things mattered or how we wanted families to feel when they landed on the site. He just got it. The site looks great, works well on mobile, and actually feels like Lenox. It's clean, easy to navigate, and tells our story without trying too hard. Ross and his team have done a fantastic job for us. We had some issues along the way due to the complexity of some of the features that we requested, which were resolved in a very professional manner. Issues arise in business and life all the time, in business, how someone deals with an issue speaks volumes about them.
