The Problem:
LMS Portals is an award-winning enterprise learning management platform built for organisations that need to train employees, partners, and customers at scale. The platform itself is genuinely powerful, offering multi-tenant architecture, white-label portals, SCORM-compliant course creation, AI-powered learning paths, built-in eCommerce, compliance management, and seamless integration with tools like Salesforce and Workday. The problem was that none of this complexity was being communicated in a way that a busy HR director, L&D manager, or technology buyer could quickly understand and act on. The website was not organised around how different buyers think about their training challenges, which meant that a corporate training provider, a compliance manager, and a channel partner all landed on the same generic experience. For a platform competing at enterprise level, that lack of targeted messaging was costing real opportunities.

The Solution
We redesigned and developed the website to reflect the full depth and ambition of the platform while keeping it easy to navigate for every type of buyer. We structured the site around distinct use cases including employee training, sales enablement, partner training, customer training, and compliance management, so that every visitor could quickly find the section that was built for their specific situation. We gave the multi-tenant architecture its own clear explanation, using a live dashboard visual and real user numbers to make an abstract technical concept feel tangible and credible. The course development services section was built out as a standalone offering, the partner programme was given a dedicated value proposition, and the compliance training section was brought to life with a real-time dashboard mockup showing certification tracking in action. We also integrated the Calendly booking flow directly into the site to reduce friction for enterprise buyers ready to have a conversation.

The Impact
The restructured website now works as a genuine sales tool rather than a product brochure. For a business operating in the corporate space where first impressions determine whether a contract is won or lost, the site lacked the visual sophistication and clear narrative needed to convince a decision maker at a company that Volume Vegan was the right choice for their event. There was no structured explanation of the end-to-end experience, no clear articulation of what made them different from any other catering company, and no obvious path for a corporate buyer to move from interest to getting in touch.

The Solution:

The visual design was elevated to reflect the quality and artistry of the food, using rich imagery from the kitchen and past events to do the storytelling that words alone cannot do. We introduced a clear four-step process section showing exactly how Volume Vegan works with a client from the first conversation through to the day of the event, removing the uncertainty that often stops corporate buyers from making contact. We brought the sustainability and ethics story forward as a key differentiator, because in the corporate world these values increasingly influence supplier decisions. We also built a partners section to establish credibility and a clean contact flow tailored to event enquiries.

The clinic offered something genuinely different from general physiotherapy or chiropractic care, a focused, evidence-based, non-surgical approach to disc conditions. But without a website that communicated that clearly, they were invisible to the very people who needed them most. Patients suffering from persistent sciatica, lower back pain, and numbness were searching for answers online and landing on generic health provider pages that looked and felt the same. The clinic had no strong digital presence to set them apart, no clear way to explain why their approach was different, and no simple path for a patient in pain to take the next step and book.

The Solution:
We designed and developed a website built entirely around the patient journey. We knew that the people visiting this site were often frustrated, in pain, and had already tried other treatments without lasting relief. So the entire site was written and structured to speak directly to that experience. From the homepage hero section down to the consultation booking flow, every element was designed to build trust, reduce anxiety, and make it easy for a potential patient to feel understood and confident enough to reach out. We clearly positioned the clinic as a specialist, not a generalist, highlighted Dr Weiland's 35 years of experience, and built a step-by-step process section that removed confusion around what to expect. We also included a no-pressure promise and a simple call-back request form to lower the barrier to first contact for patients who were hesitant.
