Loyalty Rules: Reward Points uygulamasına genel bakış
Points on every plan renewal, not just the first
Points per amount paid for event tickets
Points per amount when an invoice is paid
Refunds take back the points the order earned
Members pay for their plan every month, but your loyalty program only rewards the first purchase. Loyalty Rules adds earning rules for renewals, refunds, invoices and ticket amounts, and gives the points on its own, so you stop adding them by hand.
Plan renewals: a fixed number of points, or points per amount paid, each time a plan starts a new payment period. Choose which plans count. Premium adds a bonus every 12 payments, so a year of membership earns something extra.
Event tickets: points per amount paid for the tickets in an order, so a 60 ticket earns more than a 10 one.
Invoices: points per amount once an invoice is fully paid.
Refunds (Premium): when you refund an order, the app takes back the share of points that order earned. A half refund takes back half. A balance never goes below zero.
Each payment counts once, even when the same notice arrives twice. Every action lands in an Activity list with the customer, the points and the reason. Premium keeps the full history as a CSV and can catch up on past payments for a date range.
The free plan runs one rule of your choice. Loyalty Program must be set up on your site.
