Form answers sit in a table that is hard to print. When a clinic needs each intake sheet in a folder, or an event team wants every application on paper, copying answers into a document one by one takes a long time. This app adds a page to your dashboard. Pick a form and its submissions are listed, newest first, up to 300. Tick the ones you need, or all of them, and the app makes a PDF with one page per submission: the form name, the date, and every question with its answer in the order of the form. Long answers continue on the next page instead of being cut, and Japanese and English text is drawn with the fonts on your computer. Hidden fields are not printed. Files that people uploaded appear as a count, because the files themselves are not put in the PDF. The PDF is made in your browser and is not uploaded or stored anywhere. The app reads your forms and their submissions; it uses the Manage form submissions permission only to read them and never changes or deletes a submission. Nothing is kept on a server. The screens are in English and Japanese, light or dark.
