Inventory Sync for Square connects your Square point of sale to your online store, so both share one stock count. When something sells in Square, the online stock drops within seconds. When an online order comes in, the Square count drops too, so nothing is sold twice. Connect your Square account, choose the location whose stock you sell online, and items with the same SKU link automatically. Others can be linked in a click. Changes travel both ways as additions and subtractions, so sales on both sides at the same moment are both counted. A safety check every 15 minutes compares both sides and fixes anything that was missed, and an activity log shows every change. Pro adds price sync in the direction you choose. It also imports Square items as store products with their options, prices, images and stock, and creates store products in Square. Works with Square in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, Japan, France and Spain, in your currency. The Free plan syncs up to 25 items. The app reads and changes only items, prices and stock; it never sees payments or customers.
