MT: Stock Count & Scan keeps a movement log for your store. Every change in stock becomes its own line: orders, manual edits in the dashboard, counting sessions, deliveries received and losses entered by hand. Each line carries the date, the variant, the quantity before and after, the reason and who made it. The log can be filtered by product, date range or reason, and exported to CSV for accounting or for an audit. The free plan keeps thirty days of history and Pro keeps it without a time limit.
Counting itself runs from a phone. A session is opened in the dashboard and continued on any phone through a QR code, where the camera reads barcodes or SKUs; each read is confirmed on screen, a unit already scanned is flagged rather than added again, and scans are held on the device while the network is away. Differences between expected and counted quantities are listed for review, and stock is written only once that review is confirmed.
A receiving mode adds scanned units when a delivery arrives, and a shrinkage view sums, product by product, what is missing across counts and the losses recorded by hand, valued at cost. Both the classic and the new store catalog are supported.
