Meet QuickSync: your Xero integration for tracked inventory and item syncing. Match store variants to Xero items by SKU and reduce repeated updates. Keep stock aligned. Set up tracked items and your inventory asset, cost of goods sold and inventory adjustment accounts before syncing. QuickSync records stock changes through inventory adjustment documents. Review account mappings with your bookkeeper first. Update items once. Use your store as the source for supported names, descriptions and sales prices. Xero cannot be the source; source updates can overwrite item edits there. Images, categories and tags do not transfer. Bring stock together. Connected locations combine into one quantity; Xero has no separate location mapping. Xero item changes are checked periodically, so updates may take a few minutes. Start free. Sync inventory for up to 100 actively syncing variants. Product syncing requires Pro or above. Limits count variants, not listings. Requires a Xero organisation and the Stores app on this site, with matching, unique SKUs and tracked items. Choose products and review matches before enabling syncing.
